PROGRAM:

3.october – WRE shrot distance in classes MN21E in other classes classical distance, starts begin at 13.00
4.october - shortened classical. Starting order - pursuit according to results on first day, starts begin at 10.00

COMPETITION CENTER:

Service Center of Defence forces. Guidance to competition center:
•    Coming from Tallinn: Tallinn-Narva road from 68th km, 1,5 km before Loobu junction, Läsna bus stop. From Tallinn-Narva road it is 4 km.
•    Coming from Tapa, using Loobu road: 350 m before crossing Tallinn-Narva road.
•    Coming from Rakvere: we suggest to turn to Tapa and use Loobu road. Then you will avoid dangerous turns in 110 km/h area. Guidance will start 400 m before turn to Loobu road.

In MN21E classes 1st day is WRE (World Ranking Event) and Estonian Students MV (results from class MN21E protocol).

COURSES:

Organizer will publish approximate lengths of courses at the site http://www.orienteerumine.ee/suuntogames latest 10.september 2009.

TERRAIN AND MAP:

Runnability is very good. It is very quick, mainly pine and fir tree forest. In few places where there is young growth and recent cut runnability is worse. Lot of small hills, but also flat areas. Highest hill ~20 m.  Mapmaker is Tõnu Raid. Corrections in summer 2009 are done by Toivo Saue.

PUNCHING SYSTEM:

At the event will be used SportIdent punching system. Accepted are all SportIdent versions (including 8 and 9).

Registration to open courses takes place at the Info desk in the competition center.
Registration deadline is 28th of September 2009.
Entry should contain competitor name; class; EOL-code, SPORTident card number or rental need. In MN21E classes also IOF code (if person has it, you can check it from here).
SPORTident card rental is 20EEK per day, penalty of losing rented SI card is 400EEK. Rental cards should be returned at finish.

AWARDING:

In all classes best are awarded with prizes after second day (the number of prizes depends on participants in the class). Winners of the class after second day will get SUUNTO compasses.
Best students are awarded by Eesti Akadeemiline Spordiliit on 1st day.
