- Open from September 24th at 10:00. In the competition office there will be given all
information about World Cup programme, accommodation, catering.
- Best way of travelling

- Tallinn- Otepää: Otepää is situated 227 km from Tallinn (3,5 h by bus). On request we
will organize transport from airport or sea port of Tallinn to Event centre (and
backwards). Price of one direction is 150 EEK.
- Local transport
- The transport between accommodation and competition area is free for competitors,
team officials and media representatives. Own transport can be used to all events.
Distances between Event centre and competition areas are 12-20 km (10-20 minutes by
bus).
- Terrain
- Otepää Upland - situating 60 - 120 m above sea level. Moderately hilly forested terrain
with many paths and forest road. Some cultivated fields. Lots of contour features, in
some areas very detailed. Plenty of marshes of different size. Mixed forest of different
age with very varying runnability. Runnability is often reduced by undergrowth
and/or fallen trees. Height differences up to 30 m.

- Training opportunities

There are numerous possibilities for training in Otepää area. Teams, who are
interested, are welcome. We can also organize the accommodation for teams, who will
arrive before 24th of September. Please contact Estonian OF.
- Press accreditation

Press accreditation form was attached to Bulletin 2. Please copy and distribute
Bulletin 2, Bulletin 3 and the press accreditation form to relevant newspapers, radio and TV
stations etc. in your country. Responsible for media registrations is Estonian OF.
- Visa

The holders of passports of the following IOF member countries do not need a visa
to enter Estonia: Australia, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Hungary,
