The start order for the first final race shall be drawn at random. The start order for the second final race shall be reverse of the start order in the first final race. WMOC medals will be handed out according to sum of results of two races. EVENT CENTRE Hotel Kubija.Võru, a town in South-East Estonia. Võru is situated 260 km from Tallinn and 70 km from Tartu. On request organisers offer bus transport Tallinn - Võru and Võru - Tallinn, one way price 15 EUR per person. EMBARGOED AREAArea around village Haanja, 14 km to South from Võru. TERRAINCompetition terrain (village Haanja) is situated 14 km to South from Võru. Haanja Upland - situating ca 250 m above sea level. Relative differences in height up to 70 m. Between the hills there is plenty of marshes. Lot of tracks and paths. Forest varying with open cultivated lands. Percentage of open areas 20-30 %. Competition terrain was used partially for Ski-O World Cup in 1995 and Estonian Ski-O Championships in 2000. TRANSPORT On request organisers offer bus transport Tallinn - Võru and Võru - Tallinn, one way price 15 EUR per person. PAYMENT Deadline for full payment January 20, 2003 in EUR to: ESTONIAN ORIENTEERING FEDERATION SPORTIdent electronic punching system will be used for all classes. Competitors may use their own SI-card or they can borrow one from the organiser. All competitors must inform the organisers about the need of SI-cards in the entry form B. The organisers will charge 25 EUR for lost borrowed SI-card. MEDIA SERVICESPress centre is located in Võru at Hotel "Kubija". Representatives of media are kindly asked to registrate by January 20, 2003 and inform organisers about their status (TV, radio, journalist, photographer etc.) Press centre provides media representatives with fax and copy services, free internet access, free transport to the competitions areas etc. The accommodation for media representatives is organised under the terms applying to other participants.
